Details for the 2012 Spring Gymkhana Series!
It will be a Buckle Series- We will award Champion Buckles to high point of each age group and Novice (except Leadline) at the close of the series on May 5th.
with tack and other equine items to 2nd - 6st place.
Gymkhana Dates: Feb. 4th, March 3rd, April 7th, and May 5th.
The Mar, Nov, and Dec events will have the books and time only runs open at 9am
The Apr, May, Sept, Oct events will have the books and time only runs open at 8am
Other fees will remain the same- $5 arena fee, $7 per event, $4 for each time only run, $4 for Dummy roping.
I will drag the arena more often between events maybe not after each one but when the arena gets dug up bad. Especially the north end where you need good footing for stopping.
We need all the riders we can get, if anyone would like to help us advertise by putting out fliers at businesses or asking for sponsorship in your area, PLEASE let me know! I will make sure you get a supply of fliers. Please call me directly if you can help 520-981-7462. Please tell your friends, neighbors, anyone you believe would be interested in our series.
